Wintersday comes to Guild Wars 2, a trailer along with a poem from ArenaNet to you

Giant floating golem full of asura & presents? Yes, please

ArenaNet teased us a modest bit with many random screenshots showing off Wintersday in Guild Wars two, but it isn't the same as seeing the break in motion. Today they gave in and posted a full Wintersday trailer, narrated by what must be an asuran reciting a getaway poem. It quite possibly doesn't help that asurans are quite a bit terrifying & adding in a giant hovering golem-ship full of presents doesn't help at all. I am as excited as I am fearful for Winstersday this year in Guild Wars 2.

The new trailer shows off a ton of thrilling new content for the holiday, which includes new (& likely premium) winter coat costumes, a brand new Lion's Arch snow globe statue where the Mad King had erupted out of the ground, and what looks like an epic jumping puzzle. Seriously, I think I saw a billion minimal platforms with two giant snowmen looming in the distance. Hopefully the Clock Tower from the Halloween event was just a sampling of what ArenaNet can do with jumping puzzles.
